Macildowie are currently recruiting for an Administrator working for an exciting growing business based in Thurmaston.
The candidate will be pioneering a new role within the business tasked with various administrative tasks relating to customer onboarding, customer data and customer service. The candidate will also be required to help grow their social media presence aswell as assisting the sales and customer service teams.
This is a full time permanent position which offers hybrid working.
THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managing ongoing post and parcel distribution to customers on a weekly basis.
Promote communications, in-office environment, and marketing materials through appropriate social channels.
Deal with inbound customer queries relating to their customer account and insurance policies.
Ensure that all communications and marketing material aligns with brand standards.
Ensure that all outstanding customer queries are responded to in a timely manner.
Handle referred customer orders.
Chase awaiting payments from customers who have yet to commit to purchase.
Work with finance team to chase customers who have missed payments.
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
In order to be considered you must have recent administration skills, strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail and be IT literate. Understand social media channels including Facebook, Instagram and Twitter
