Job Description


Macildowie are currently recruiting for an Administrator to work for a company based in Market Harborough. You will be working closely with The Global Operations Manager and teams to deliver various data led projects.

This is a permanent full time role.


Data project delivery
Souring of Clients
Sourcing of Contacts
Sourcing of Candidates
Data entry
Database maintenance / cleansing
Recording of projects
Liaising with marketing team to ensure delivery of projects
Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
Take and relay messages
Upload CV's to database
Knowledge of staff movements in and out of organisation
Provide general administrative and clerical support
Prepare correspondence and documents
Receive and sort mail and deliveries
Co-ordinate meetings and organise catering
Greet persons entering organisation
General Ad Hoc duties within the office
Greet persons entering organisation
General Ad Hoc duties within the office


Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
Knowledge of computers and relevant software application
Organisation and reception experience
Calm under pressure
Great communication skills
Attention to detail
Previous Project / Database / resourcing experience
Friendly and professional
Excellent telephone manner
Good Keyboard skills
Ability to work a PC led switchboard
