Macildowie are currently looking for an experienced administrator with excellent attention to detail to help with a back log of work within the Marketing department for a company based in Leicestershire.
This is a temporary full time role to start 1st February and will be initially for 1 month.
THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Copy and paste all downloaded Spanish and French IPT web pages + hyperlink from Word document onto a set spreadsheet.
Help set-up the marketing stock of literature and giveaways in the warehouse (empty boxes into cupboards, label stock/cupboards for easy reference, update stock list, order new stock)
Collate and send material to upcoming company and third party events/exhibitions
Source giveaways/costs and suppliers.
Catalogue items uploaded on the company website and extranet (or get website map). Check brochures are available in our folders.
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
In order to be considered for this position you must have excellent attention to detail and a good knowledge of Microsoft Office (word, Excel) and be a highly organised individual. It would be desirable that you have a background in events or marketing but this is not essential. You will also need to be an energetic person who can work on your own initiative and be able to liaise with people at all levels.
