Macildowie are currently looking for an Administrator to assist in the day to day running of a busy office based in Earl Shilton. This is working within a small team but a very busy environment.
This is a temporary full time position
THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in general office duties including customer enquiries, orders etc that come in by telephone, fax and email
Working on the reception as and when needed
Dealing with all incomjing and outgoing post
Assisting various different departments within the business
Answer customer enquiries in a courteous and timely manner
Ordering of stationary
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
In order to be considered for this position my client is looking for someone with excellent communication skills and the ability to work with various different customers. You need to confident on all Microsoft Office and be able to work in a busy environment.
