Macildowie are looking for an Administrator working for an organisation based in Loughborough. Your primary role will be to provide administrative support to senior members of the organisation. The successful applicant will take responsibility for all business support, enabling the senior members to focus on management and strategic planning.
This is a permanent position, full time hours with flexible working.
THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
To support the key members of the organisation by providing a high quality efficient administrative service and operational support in order to free up these individuals to focus on management direction and strategic planning.
To support the Recruitment Administrator as specified.
To support the planning and running of events including, Dinners, Prize giving and other occasions as necessary.
Assist on routine administrative matters, including preparation of letters
To take minutes/record decisions for meetings as required, achieve sign off and distribute.
To plan all aspects of corporate meetings, internal training sessions and workshops.
To manage diaries including booking travel and meetings inside and outside the organisation
Input key data provided against KPIs on a monthly basis.
To support the Finance Team as required
To manage stationery supplies and budgets
To assist with H&S Management as directed.
To book resources such as transport, accommodation and training facilities
To input articles to, and regularly review information on, the organisations website.
To undertake filing and archiving as required, and additional administrative duties as directed
To undertake additional training as and when needed
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
In order to be considered you MUST be confident on all Microsoft office including excel and diary management systems as these are the systems that you will be working on. You must be able to prioritise your own workload, be well organised and be able to take responsibility within the work place. It would also be of a benefit for you to be able to organise meetings including minute taking.
