THE OPPORTUNITY:

Our client, a rapidly expanding technology company, is currently recruiting for an administrator to support their busy office. This would be a perfect opportunity for someone who is really looking to get their teeth stuck into a varied administrative role within a small and friendly company. You'll be trustworthy, diligent and confident with customers!

THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Dealing with customer enquiries
Book travel and accommodation
Deal with office services - cleaning/facilities/stationery
Sales order processing
Organise internal and external events
Supporting internal teams with a variety of admin duties
Ensuring all paperwork is raised in a timely manner
Reception cover
Floating admin support for team

EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:


You will have experience within a customer service / hospitality / events / administration environment
You'll have a great telephone manner and a warm and welcoming nature
Brilliant organisational skills
IT literate with good MS Office skills
Diligent
Trustworthy
Confident dealing with customers
