Macildowie are currently looking for an Office Administrator to work for a business based in Oakham.
This is a permanent full time position.
THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answering calls and dealing with queries
General office duties
Being the first point of contact for customers
Handing out visitor passes
Allocating visitor parking spaces
Running reports for the internal departments
Dealing with all incoming and outgoing mail
Be involved in various projects
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
Previous experience in a similar role if possible
Good spoken and written communication skills
Strong organisational and time management skills
Pleasant and calm manner with great people skills
Strong attention to detail
