Job Description

Are you an efficient, experienced Administrator looking for your next role within a professional services environment? I have a fantastic role available for the successful candidate.

You must have excellent interpersonal skills as you will be the first point of contact for the business, answering the phone and dealing with stakeholders at all levels. Clear, concise communication skills and a good standard of education is required for this role. You must be highly organised and able to prioritise a busy and varied work load. Good typing and IT skills are a must.


Updating in-house database with customers details using accurate notes

Typing reports/letters/emails

Financials - preparing invoices and administering invoice system

Assisting the management team


Any other ad hoc duties as required
