Are you an efficient, experienced Secretary/Typist looking for your next role, based in a great location in Milton Keynes? Flexible working hours and a pleasant working environment within a friendly team are on offer for the right candidate!
First and foremost, there will be lots of typing! You must have the ability to audio and touch type. You will have excellent interpersonal skills as you will be the first point of contact for the business, answering the phone and dealing with stakeholders at all levels. Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills are required for this role. You must be highly organised and able to prioritise a busy and varied work load. A property or legal background would be beneficial.
Audio typing reports, typing letters and correspondence
Updating in-house database with customers details using accurate notes
Assisting the management team
Any other ad hoc duties as required
