Macildowie are currently looking for an Administrator working for a business based in Market Harborough.
This is a temporary role with the view to it going permanent. Monday - Friday 830am - 5pm
THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Processing installation orders
Booking installation engineers
Ensuring the equipment is dispatched in good time
General administration support
Providing holiday cover for the rest of the team
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
Must have a good understanding of Microsoft software, Word, Excel, Outlook and Access.
Must have administration and telephone experience
Able to follow strict processes and procedures
Able to work to controlled timescales
Good attention to detail
You must be immediately available for work due to this being a temporary role to begin with.
