Macildowie are currently looking for an Administrator who will be responsible for co-ordinating and administering mailings in respect of insurance schemes, along with other associated administration tasks. This is working for a company based in Thurmaston.
THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Liaising directly with clients and account managers with a view to complete all administrative duties for mailings.
Prepare and cleanse data in Excel format, along with the preparation of the associated marketing templates.
Run mail merges and print mail shots.
Issue Welcome Packs, Policy Documents and other scheme documentation.
Provide general marketing support to Business Development Managers.
Financial input of premium receipts as and when required.
Other duties as required from time to time
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
In order to be considered for this position you MUST be able to use Excel and Mail Merge on Word. It would be a benefit for you to administration skills.
