Macildowie are looking for an experienced administrator working for a business based in Thurmaston.
This is a full time temporary role for 3 months with an immediate start on Monday.
THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Opening, distributing and/or filing post
Producing letters and handling outgoing post
Answering phone calls, taking messages and greeting visitors
Ordering and maintaining equipment and stationery
Organising and scheduling meetings and events
Organising travel and accommodation for staff
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
In order to be considered you MUST have strong administration experience with a minimum of 6 years, be immediately available, be confident on Microsoft Office and be able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
