Adoptions Engineer- South Midlands- up to 55k plus up to 20% bonus and 6k car allowance
Macildowie are happy to be partnering with one of the Midlands most respected and established privately owned bespoke housebuilders. Enjoying an excellent period of growth and expansion, they are looking to add an engineer to the team from a Housebuilding background.
My client is looking for an engineer with at least 3 years' experience to join a small tight knit team to help with the target of growing to around 500 units per year. The candidate must have previously worked in the Housebuilding sector and have experience in adoptions, drainage, highways and also be able to manage external consultants. Civil Engineering experience and statutory services knowledge would be an advantage but not essential.
This really is a fantastic opportunity to work for a quality housebuilder delivering a high end product. The regions this role will encompass are around Bedford, Northampton, Milton Keynes and Bicester.
