Senior Full Stack Developer: High growth service business in Loughborough

Salary: £60,000 to £75,000 + Bonus + Remote Working (1 day per month required in the office)

The Role: It's a Full Stack Developer so you'll need a really wide range of experience. You will dive into their modern technology stack, crafting and enhancing applications that serve our diverse client base. You'll play a pivotal role in their project lifecycle, from conceptualisation to deployment, ensuring high-quality and innovative solutions.


Key Responsibilities and Experience Needed:

  • Develop and optimise front-end interfaces using React, Next.js, and Tailwind.
  • Engineer robust back-end systems with technologies like Dynamo, Cognito, Lambda, S3, Event Bridge, RedShift, SQS, AppSync/GraphQL, and API Gateway/REST.
  • Efficiently manage Cloudflare operations and Node.js/Typescript coding.
  • Implement and maintain serverless architectures using SST and AWS CDK.
  • Utilise tools such as Datadog, MySQL, Amplitude, GA, Tableau, Artillery, Jira, Terraform, Docker, GitHub, and GitLab to enhance development and operational processes.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

  • Possesses a deep understanding and hands-on experience who can work with a modern stack.
  • Demonstrates a problem-solving attitude, with a flair for creative and efficient solutions.
  • Has excellent communication and teamwork skills, thriving in a collaborative environment.
  • Displays a keen interest in staying updated with the latest technological trends and tools.
  • Qualifications:
  • Relevant degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience in full-stack development, particularly with relevant technology stacks.
  • A portfolio showcasing previous work and contributions to software projects.
