I am currently recruiting for a Accounts Payable Manager based in rural Hertfordshire. The company is at the forefront of its industry and is growing from strength to strength. Being apart of a stable accounts payable team you will be the main point of contact for the team, ensuring that individuals are motivated and working well as a team. As the individual leading the team you will be used to managing and mentoring individuals whilst also having solid experience with the accounts payable function. If you are able to manage a team whilst dealing with the fast paced environment of an accounts payable team then this is the role for you.
*Solid understanding of the P2P process
*Strong experience in using ERP systems
*Ability to manage a team whilst maintaining a high level of personal work
*Contribute to the month end process by preparing accruals
*Maintain tight control of balance sheets
*Develop process in the finance function
*Communicate to and motivate a highly efficient Accounts Payable Team
*Ability and experience in managing a small team of 3-5 individuals
*Experience using Oracle
*Solid understanding of the Purchase to Order Process
*Experience of working in a fast paced, multinational
*Outgoing, Motivational individual
