This role comes at an exceptionally exciting time; the Apprenticeship Levy is quickly approaching and this makes the roles all the more exciting. Initially a 24 month contract, this is a chance to join a market leading global organisation to manage 5 trainers across the North Region. Salary is up to £30,000 plus a car and a 15% bonus.
You will be responsible for the Apprenticeship delivery for the North region. This region is defined as Scotland through to Leamington Spa and will be home-based
You will manage 5 trainer assessors and you will be responsible for creating an excellent apprenticeship experience for their colleagues
You won't have your own caseloads but you will plan and manage your trainer's caseloads and ensure all training sessions are aligned to regulations
You will support the apprenticeship manager with the implementation of the new apprenticeship levy and apprenticeships reforms
The Ideal Candidate:
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have experience managing apprenticeship trainers previously and have a strong knowledge and background in apprenticeships. Ideally you will also have knowledge of the new Apprenticeship Levy, as you will be overseeing this once it is rolled out. If you are currently working for a retail business this would also be ideal. You should enjoy management and be comfortable in a role that involves wide spread travel.
