Job Role: Receptionist/ Administrator/ Customer Service
Job Type: Part time/ Temporary (ongoing)
Working Shift Pattern: 1-5pm (Monday to Thursday) 1-6 (Friday)
You will be working for a corporate, well known Engineering organisation based in Nuneaton as the first point of contact for all customers via telephone, email and face to face. Your role will entail you to speak with customers on a regular basis and therefore you need to have impeccable customer service. The role is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate who is looking to work for a respected company in the Motor industry.
THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answering of the switchboard
- Directing customers to the right location
- Putting calls through to the relevant person
- Answering customer queries in a friendly, timely manner
- Accepting and sorting through the post
- Being the first point of contact for all customers and staff
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
You will need to come from a Corporate Receptionist background due to the nature of this role and also have been multi tasking in previous position.
