Macildowie is pleased to be working with an East of England NHS Authority as they look to recruit an experienced Associate Director of Operations on an interim basis.
Reporting directly to the Divisional Director, you will play a pivotal role in the direction and operations for the division, to include clinical governance, patient care and safety whilst managing financial performance and budgets
This highly visible role within the Senior Management Team, you will be responsible for the delivery of the strategic 5 year plan for the Divisions. You will work closely with the divisional Heads and Clinical Directors to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate the following skills and abilities:
* NHS experience ideally within an acute trust
* Hold a professional qualification and be educated to MBA level or equivalent
* Experienced in leading large complex organisations in health, social or similar service
* Evidence of implementing and influencing change
* Commissioning and planning a wide range of services
* Budget and financial management experience
* HR management and understanding HR processes
* Experience in managing performance and meeting targets
This role will be a mix of remote and on-site working to be agreed.
This role is urgent and requires the successful candidate to interview via MS Teams and be able to commence the role in April.
This role is initially on a 3/4 month basis but maybe extended.
