Macildowie are delighted to be working in partnership with a superb multinational organisation in Lichfield who are currently looking to recruit a Bond Administrator to join their existing team on a permanent basis. The Bond Administrator plays an integral role within their business so you will need to have extensive administration experience and by able to work in a fast paced, supportive environment.
THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will be working within the banking administration team and be responsible for the administration, reconciliation and control of the transactional activities relating to customer funeral bonds. You will be responsible for Data Entry, managing customer queries, dealing with external providers and issuing funeral plan documentation. You will be working with Excel and other windows package as well as using their own bespoke in house system so you will need to be confident with IT systems.
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
The ideal candidate will be motivated, numerate and have an analytical approach.
You will need first class communication skills and be an advanced Excel user including the use of pivot tables and Macro's.
You will need at least 3 years experience within a Senior Administration role.
