Macildowie Marketing are working with a recognizable Nottingham brand to hire a Brand Executive to help them bring their brand and values to life and forge a career in brand communications.
The Brand Executive will help connect the brand with customers, partners, co-workers and communities. This is an important role to operate as a real 'Brand Champion' who is passionate about brand marketing, values and culture. You will be someone who proactively seeks ways to support and deliver brand activities across stakeholders.
You will be one of the key contacts for all things brand related within the UK business. In this varied role, you will play a key role in delivering communications, marketing activity and events. Therefore, multi-tasking skills are essential along with a keen eye for detail and excellent planning and organisational skills.
Coordination of campaign activities, from concept and development to delivery and measurement.
Ensure communication/marketing assets are optimised
Write copy for communications assets across media
Post campaign analysis to ensure targets are being met and highlight ways to improve future activity
Track spend, collaborating with budget holders and monitoring expenses
-Lead the planning, coordination and logistics for all internal and external events. This will include venue selection and management, delegate management, communications, supplier management and post event reviews
-Lead the planning, coordination and logistics for a variety of exciting social responsibility initiatives including the charities programme.
New Business Support
-Support New Business campaigns from a brand and engagement perspective
-Support creation of award entries, and management of the submissions process
-Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support the Brand Manager with a clear content plan across social channels
-Support implementation of sales and marketing plans by co-workers on social media channels, ensuring content is on brand and aligned
-Report on status and performance of social media accounts
-Grow and nurture Ikano Social media communities
Preferably you should have significant marketing experience and an understanding of delivering internal and external communications and have had exposure to both small and large scale business events. This position would suit someone with experience of dealing with a wide range of stakeholders, so a confident personality, with good influencing skills will go a long way.
Ideally you will have demonstrable experience within a multi-channel Brand Marketing role with B2B & B2C campaign management and experience managing external relationships such as agencies and partners would be advantageous.
