Experience in building surveying is essential. The role, depending upon experience, will include residential and commercial building surveys, dilapidations, schedules of condition, building pathology, along with general specification and contract administration work.
Must be able to work independently and able to build excellent relationships with Clients.
Strong organisation and communication skills are essential.
Working as part of a busy Building Consultancy Team including Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors and Building Surveyors.
