Business and Life Coach - Northampton - £60,000+
Macildowie Recruitment is delighted to be working exclusively with a forward thinking growth business in Northampton on the recruitment of a Business and Life Coach. The role will report into the Head of L&D and will assume a unique position with the organisation. The Business and Life Coach role will pay circa £60,000, while there may be some stretch upwards, and will be recruited on a permanent basis in Northampton. There will be travel to London, expected to be around 25% of the time.
The Business and Life Coach will be tasked with providing a supportive, inspiring and motivational coaching service to all levels within the business; from entry level team members upwards through to the Executive Leadership team. The role will support the HR and business objectives with regards to performance, culture and talent management.
With the unique, privileged position of seeing all people within the business and learning individual motivations, needs and qualities you will be able to identify talent opportunities and risks, which will enable you to work with the wider HR team to recommend development opportunities, redeployments and training needs. Moreover, as a pillar of the business values, the Business and Life Coach will instil behaviours and ideas to foster a culture of collaboration and care to other employees, society and customers. As a permanent coach, you will be able to track employee development journeys and genuinely be able to see people grow and become more successful as individuals and business leaders.
The Business and Life Coach will use innovative and engaging techniques to ensure that employees are engaged, but also to maintain the business' commitment to continuous improvement and being an innovative business leader.
You will be a senior coach or L&D professional with a holistic approach to dealing with work and non work related challenges. You will have a track record of delivering impactful coaching to senior leaders but will demonstrate a flexible and well grounded demeanour. Ideally you will be qualified in ILM, CMI or other coaching qualifications.
