Business Development Executive's required to join one of the biggest pension providers in the UK, in our head office in Nottingham.
Due to relocation from the capital to the East Midlands, we are looking to build a team of senior sales executives to continue our growth with businesses around the country to be their provider for a pension scheme.
You'll play a vital role in the development of the business and it's important that you can bring the knowledge and sales techniques into a vibrant office to help build on there current team. Approaching clients that have made an enquiry with the business ensures that the outbound calls are to warm leads and there is also an element of account management.
Requirement and Experiences:
- At least 18months to 2 years experience in sales
- Ideally from a "service" selling background
- Good communication skills
- Strong rapport building skills
- Works well in a team
- Wants career development
The job comes with a competitive salary between £22,000-£25,000 depending on experience and a generous bonus scheme.
