Conveyancing / Legal / Estate Agency / Business Development
Working within London and the South of the England, we are looking for a business development manager with a strong understanding of conveyancing, to join our team and continue to grow the portfolio of estate agencies using our services.
Competition is fierce within estate agency for encouraging the vendor (& purchaser) to use their own in-house conveyancing firm for the sales transaction of a property. With the challenges facing the market and introduction of the "online" and "hybrid" models, it's becoming increasing important to protect your brand as an agent with a reputable conveyancing firm.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Making connections with new estate agents
- Cold calling, networking and arranging to meet decision makers
- Pitch to board level and estate agency owners
- Close for business
- Be a point of contact for account management to ensure the long term relationship remains intact
You'll need to prepare a PowerPoint presentation for demonstration of how to "win" new business / produce a slide show of ideas you would implement to increase the portfolio and show your presenting abilities.
To be considered, you must have experience of either selling conveyancing services currently, or come from an Estate Agency background (Lister or higher position) who can demonstrate a strong track record of success.
