Business Development Manager / Field based / Sales & Account Management
Working within the office solutions industry, providing multiple businesses across the midlands with solutions to workwear, personal protective clothing (PPE), office supplies, health & safety and catering,we are looking to acquire a Business Development Manager.
The company are focussing their efforts in providing businesses with tailored work wear (polo shirts, hats etc.) and catering but still provide your simple office solutions from office furniture, equipment, phones and stationary.
We are looking to recruit a business development manager that's hungry and self motivated, who enjoys the business development element of the job, motivated by earning potential and has experience of new business development success.
Industry experience (within the office & business solutions) IS necessary for this role, and you must be able to show evidence of business development experience (or field sales) and provide the statistics to demonstrate the value you can bring to the business
The salary ranges from £30,000-£40,000 depending on experience. There is a commission structure, which is uncapped, but realistic earning's in year one are between £45,000-£50,000. Their is also a car allowance, pension scheme and other employee benefits.
