Macildowie HR are partnering a well known FTSE organisation based in Leicestershire to source a Change Specialist / Manager to join their HR team to work across all support functions up to the Executive Board. This is a mix between a HR, communications, training and relationship management role to work with key functions to ensure the business is ready for change so you will gain a depth of commercial experience. This is a dynamic and varied role supporting the Head of L&D and HR. The role is based in Leicestershire at Head Office and paying Â£40,000 - Â£45,000 + benefits.
Reporting into the Head of L&D and HR you will provide a consistent approach to Change Management through planning and coordinating activities to ensure that change programmes are successfully embedded into the business. As an excellent relationship builder you will work with key stakeholders across the business as well as HR Operations and Talent to ensure that all business areas are ready for change and understand the impact and are engaged in order to bring them along the exciting journey. Working closely with the HR, PR, Comms and L&D teams you will ensure that projects teams are set to support you to ensure change and activities are embedded into the entire organisation at the right time.
With the support of the Head of L&D and HR we are looking for someone who can complete detailed change impact assessments and understand the readiness of the impacted functions in order to effectively plan the most appropriate Change Management activities. You will produce regular reviews across Projects and Workstreams focused on how change is managed, and recommended improvement actions where required.
We are looking for a pragmatic, organised and confident Change Specialist who has come from a role within any of the following: Change Management, HR, L&D, OD or Engagement. You have experience in managing change through people either leading or supporting. You will gain a huge amount of development through ongoing training by your manager who is looking for someone with the right qualities rather than all of the above experience! You will be a fantastic communicator and able to think on your toes to build excellent relationships quickly and be credible in front of a range of stakeholders. You will be able to juggle multiple tasks and roll your sleeves up to support on a range of activities.
