Macildowie are currently looking for a Claims Consultant working for a business based in Leicestershire. The Claims consultant is representing the company and must be able to deliver every customer a 'world class customer experience' balanced with meeting the contractual service requirements of the insurance company. You will work closely with all areas of the operation within the business, undertaking the operational duties to efficiently case handle each assigned claim to a settlement.
This is a permanent full time position which does require ad hoc Saturday work.
THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide excellent Customer Service
Provide a clear and concise of validation of items
Handling and dealing with Customer queries
To work with each customer to ensure that the right settlement first time is achieved.
Ensure each claim is assessed within the guide lines of each protocol and 100% accuracy
General administration duties
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
I am looking for someone who has an excellent telephone manner, has proven customer service experience and is computer literate.
