Macildowie are currently looking for Customer Service Advisors working for a business based in Leicestershire.
This is a permanent full time position Monday to Friday
THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide excellent Customer Service
Provide a clear and concise of validation of items
Handling and dealing with Customer queries
To work with each customer to ensure that the right settlement first time is achieved.
Ensure each claim is assessed within the guide lines of each protocol and 100% accuracy
General administration duties
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
I am looking for someone who has an excellent telephone manner, has proven customer service experience and is computer literate.
