Nottingham | Up to £47,000 | Monday to Friday | Hybrid working (2 to 3 days in the office per week)
Your Responsibilities:
- Executing process improvement projects in adherence to the governance framework, standards, documentation, and behavioural guidelines.
- Crafting, documenting, and safely overseeing the execution of both Technical (ICT) and non-technical projects, actively engaging in all project phases.
- Steering cross-functional teams across IT and business sectors, ensuring the consistent adoption of methods, practices, and processes within agreed-upon deliverable and time-lines.
- Engaging with business sectors to explore operational issues and pinpoint novel opportunities for enhancement.
- Bridging the gap between IT, the Project Management Office, and business professionals to define, evaluate, and justify process improvement projects and associated ICT resources.
- Providing Project Management support for approved projects, assisting with planning, organisation, and delivery management.
- Ensuring projects run smoothly within agreed time-frames and budget.
What you need to have done in your career so far:
- Confident, supportive, and influential with a passion for seeking business process improvements.
- Able to work at pace and manage a number of projects at a time across IT and wider business operations.
- Preferably, a minimum of three years of experience in a project management role or a similar position in a fast paced business.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile.
- Preferred qualifications include Project Management certification such as APM, PMP, Agile, or a similar credential.
