Job Description

Due to promotion, my client are looking to recruit a Commercial Assistant for their unique business based in Luton. This is not your average desk based Office Assistant role, and we are looking for a superstar! You will provide close administration support to the Commercial Director and the wider team, gather competitor information on a weekly basis, deal with customers and work closely with internal colleagues. This is an integral role within the business and requires someone who can be a credible ambassador at all times. Some sales or account management experience would be beneficial.

Essential Skills:

Excellent written and verbal skills, a good command of English is essential

Ability to work within diverse teams, or proactively alone

High attention to accuracy and detail

Willingness to work outside of hours when needed


Coordinating Customer queries and requests, always exceeding expectations and ensuring a positive outcome

Provide support to Commercial Director and wider team

Producing various reports - competitor pricing, sales and logistics reports

Supporting accounts team with any customer queries - debit/credit note requests

Assist in tender preparations for new business

Organise and attend customer meetings

This role requires a valid driving licence, and GCSE English and Maths to Grade C, or above
