Macildowie are working in partnership with a fantastic SME business who is recruiting in Alfreton for a Interim Credit Controller. The Credit Controller will play an integral role in the credit control team. They are looking for someone who wants to ingrain themselves within the company's core vales and be confident in running senior ledgers.
THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
As this is a senior role within the credit control team you will need to be able to demonstrate a strong commercial understanding of the Credit Control process, run the most senior ledgers within the team and help supervise a small credit control team. You will need to be able to work off your own initiative and know when to be placing accounts on stop and when to start legal proceedings. This is a very high volume fast paced role so you will need extensive experience and ideally already be in a senior or supervisor role.
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
To be considered for this vacancy you will be a resilient person with drive and determination to succeed. You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal. You will have previous experience in a team leader or senior role and have working experience of clerical finance functions.
It would be a significant advantage if you have advanced Excel skills
