I'm excited to be working alongside a wellbeing products organisation who is looking for a CRM Manager to join their team. This is a brand new role that has come from natural growth of the company, making it a very exciting opportunity for any hands-on CRM professional to step in and really help the business scale-up and make the best use of their data.
Here's a quick overview of the role:
- Leading on the re-platforming of the company's digital capabilities
- Working towards reducing the amount of attrition in memberships each year
- Develop new ways of acquiring memberships and making use of the database at hand
- Improve the customer experience by developing engaging content around the existing community
- Optimising existing mailings, as well as developing new campaigns
