The Opportunity

Macildowie Marketing are currently recruiting for an experienced CRM Manager to join a multinational B2B organisation in the Warwickshire area. This is an ideal opportunity for a self-motivated and determined CRM Manager who wishes to make a positive and lasting impact.

This position will play a lead role in driving forward and executing a comprehensive CRM strategy across a range of sectors and channels. You'll have a proven track record in a B2B environment, a passion for customer data and insight, experience working with Salesforce as a CRM tool and the motivation to really drive improvement in customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Working within a supportive marketing communications team, you will be responsible for:

-CRM Strategy : Contributing to the design and implementation of an overarching CRM strategy that grows customer acquisition, loyalty and lifetime value.
- Customer Lifecycle Communications : Deliver an effective communications plan, identifying high quality audiences and driving engagement throughout the lifecycle.
Customer Insight : Demonstrate a high level of understanding and an ability to interrogate customer data, identifying areas of concern or opportunity.
Analytical Recommendations : Create reports which provide insightful conclusions for future recommendations that the wider business can utilise positively.
Supporting the wider marketing team:Â Providing support to the wider marketing team where necessary/appropriate.

Experience Required

*Previous CRM Management experience, preferably within a B2B environment
*Experience of working with and developing CRM tools, such as Salesforce
*Excellent analytical skills and an ability to produce clear, concise reporting
*Experience in working successfully with third party suppliers/agencies.
*Excellent communication skills - oral and written.
*An appreciation for creative design and the creative process.
