Macildowie Marketing are currently recruiting for a an experienced CRM - Market Intelligence Manager to join a well known B2C brand located in Warwickshire. This organisation has been busy building a world class infrastructure of market and Customer intelligence to drive their business development and grow opportunities to engage with their customers and embracing emerging Customer Management technologies and processes. For this reason they are enhancing their strategic and operational approach to their Customer Insight programme.
This position will define, develop and lead the Customer Insight strategy for key UK brands, encouraging new Customer acquisition, existing Customer retention and overall Customer loyalty.
-Support the development of the Company's Commercial way of working and delivering an integrated approach to the development and use of Customer information and insight.
-Drive the development of Customer data platforms and architecture, ensuring they work seamlessly across the organisation, capturing all required information at key points in the Customer life cycle and ensuring maximum data accuracy at all times.
-Provide governance, proactive management and coaching support to managers, ensuring compliance with all Data Protection requirements.
-Design, develop and implement Customer Management strategies including Customer segmentation, Customer journey mapping, Customer Value propositions, Customer Loyalty programmes etc.
-Provide Performance Management reporting and lead the implementation of agreed Customer Management process improvements, ensuring alignment to overall business strategy and securing the sharing of best practice.
-Support on-going delivery and utilisation of Customer Insight relating to live and lapsed Customers, prospects/suspects, share of business etc.
-Analyse the data to provide real Customer Insight, identifying sales opportunities and ensuring maximum profitability.
-Use Customer and segmentation insight to support several functions with bespoke Customer communications, promotions and offers in areas such as sales promotions & campaigns, incentive programmes and wider targeted marketing.
-Develop and manage Lead Generation processes, managing telemarketing agencies to gather business details, follow up sales leads and opportunities.
-Co-ordinate, analyse and make recommendations from internal and external surveys, highlighting areas of concern or opportunities to support business growth.
-Conduct wider Business Intelligence activities, such as competitor and market trend analysis, and present findings/recommendations to key stakeholders.
Key Skills Required
-Thorough experience in the technical and marketing aspects of CRM, Market Intelligence and Customer Insight (Ideally from a retail background).
-Good understanding of leverage opportunities - portfolio management, buying behaviours, propensity analysis etc.
-Experience of merging CRM and other business data to generate business-ready Customer Insight.
-Proven Direct and demonstrable experience of utilising CRM to generate measurable business value.
-Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access and CRM-related applications.
