This is just what I am currently working on. An experienced Customer Complaints Manager job in the customer service division of a friendly, non political Reputable Business based in Coventry. They are a diverse business with diverse customers. The company always strives to put the customer first through honesty, working together and encouraging innovation. This is a Complaints Management Job that will help the business to continue to deliver excellent customer service and offer first time resolution on customer complaints. You will work with the senior leadership and work closely with the Resource Planning Manager to ensure that resource levels and forecasted volumes are both accurate, cost efficient and well communicated.
This isn't a run of the mill, basic Customer Complaints Management job though. Oh no no no. This is part of a new team start up where you will also be involved in hiring the Complaints Handlers to work underneath you. You will be responsible for looking after the whole of the customer base throughout the whole of the Midlands, Norwich, South Coast and London. You will report into the Head of Customer Service and will also be required to bring in new ideas to the business.

You are an experienced Customer Complaints Manager with a passion for helping customers. An empathetic person with a desire to build a successful team and drive the division forward making sure that all complaints are dealt with efficiently and effectively.
You'll have a track record of working with senior leadership to impact strategic decision making.
