Macildowie are excited to be partnering with an incredible company whom are within the large format print industry who are regarded as one of the largest value-added distributor and service providers for resellers in the UK today. The Customer Experience Specialist role is employed to handle the quoting, purchasing and logistics process experience for the Resellers throughout UK and Europe who purchase the additive manufacturing technologies we represent. The job holder will be responsible for all aspects of the purchasing experience for the customer from all nominated territories.


Key duties to be carried out are: -
Maintaining regular communication with Additive Manufacturing (AM) partners nominated by the manufacturer.
Understanding and quoting the different AM solutions to the customer and handling a smooth transition towards delivery of the product to the end user.


Responsibilities:
The candidate will have responsibility for engagement with a predefined list of accounts and will need to provide regular status updates to senior team lead / management.


Key Contacts:
Reporting to the Sales Director, the job holder will be based from the Nottingham office. Key company contacts will be senior management, customer care, distribution/logistics and accounts.


Skills/Qualifications:
A comprehensive foreign language skill (written and spoken) is essential , with specific focus on French, Spanish and Italian.
Being an important member of the HP AM Customer Experience team the candidate will be an excellent communicator, highly organized, intelligent, enthusiastic and a keen learner.
A working knowledge of additive manufacturing technologies is desired but not essential.
A positive approach to work and life in general are essential somebody with a 'can do' attitude who can work under pressure.
An effective Customer Experience Specialist will be persuasive, personable and a first class team player.


The Package:
The salary is £20,000- £25,000 dependant on experience.
The working hours are 9am until 5.30pm with an hour for lunch.
