Macildowie Marketing are working exclusively with an employer of choice in the Derbyshire area who have a number of market leading brands in the UK and abroad. This is a brand new opportunity for an experienced Customer Loyalty and Retention Manager to join a successful Marketing division during an exciting period of growth.
This role is responsible for the strategy, business interaction and day to day management of the multi channel customer loyalty programmes for each brand and sector across the Group. This role requires high motivation with strong data analytical skills and a desire to develop the programmes into tools which impact the customer retention, loyalty and new business KPIs.
Key responsibilities of the role:
-Working with the Marketing team and the Commercial team to define long term strategy for the customer loyalty programme
-Identifying strategy to increase customer retention, growth of loyalty and new business
-Developing loyalty scheme and database to identify key KPIs
-Working with the wider Business to develop reporting KPIs for the Commercial team within the CRM system
-Responsible for the day to day management of the loyalty programme
-Responsible for regular and ad hoc reporting and data analysis of claims, behaviour against sales KPIs
-Create and develop campaign plans alongside the customer loyalty agency to recruit new members maximising commercial return
-Develop tactical plans alongside customer loyalty agency to affect behaviour of existing members and increase sales maximising commercial return
-Work hand in hand with the Digital Sales team to enact campaigns and deliver results on the loyalty programme
-Work with Customer Insight team to continually improve loyalty scheme and affect KPIs as a result
-Work with other areas of the business to define and affect the whole lifecycle of a product
-Work with Digital team and agency to ensure a forward thinking approach to new technology
-Work closely with Marketing Managers to support campaigns which link with loyalty.
-Educated to degree level or Marketing Diploma
-Experience in a customer loyalty or retention role
-Experience in CRM systems is highly desirable
-Experience in working with and managing budgets
-Highly motivated individual
-Competent at data analysis and identifying trends
-Delivering insights and making recommendations to drive sales growth
-Understand and able to identify processes for predictive loyalty analytics
