Macildowie are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor join a market leading Manufacturing company based in Belper to increase customer satisfaction by providing excellent Customer Service.
THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle customer complaints
Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits follow up to ensure resolution
Update Customer records accurately
Process customer accounts and archive documents
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries
Identify and assessing customer's needs to achieve satisfaction
Are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don't have enough information to resolve customer complaints.
Provide product information and resolve any emerging problems that customer accounts might face
Be accurate and efficient
Ensure excellent service standards are delivered
Respond efficiently to customer inquiries
Maintain high customer satisfaction
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail
Methodical approach to work and tasks
You must have excellent communication skills and have initiative to lead a team to fantastic results.
Strong written, verbal and people skills plus flexibility to change are required.
Knowledge of the following systems will be an advantage: Salesforce, SAP, Smart sheet, Outlook, Excel.
