Macildowie are currently looking for customer service representatives for a well established business based in Oakham.
This is a temporary role which can potentially go permanent
THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Dealing with customer queries via phone, email and online chat
Processing customer orders
Dealing with customer complaints
General ad hoc duties
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
You must have customer service experience and be able to work weekends and evenings. Full training is provided and this would be a great opportunity for someone who is also looking for progression.
