Macildowie are currently looking for an experienced Customer Services Coordinator to work within a Customer Services team for a company's European Headquarters based in Oakham.
This is a permanent full time position.
THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and maintain sales order processing function
Manage incoming calls providing first class customer service at all times and always going the extra mile
Work towards exceeding customer expectations and daily KPI's
Take ownership of order management throughout
Maintain the highest level of customer care
Process Orders via telephone/fax/email and deal with incoming calls
Process orders on AS400 business system
Use relevant questioning techniques when delivering customer service and build customer relationships
Take responsibility for maintaining product knowledge across all brands of the business
Strong relationship and interface support role for external sales team
Process any no charge authorised requests in line with company policy
Report any on stops to finance expediently to maintain customer satisfaction levels
Recognise and deal with any customer queries, requests and problems promptly and escalate any non resolution to CSM
Assist with outbound telesales campaigns if required
Conduct general office duties as and when required
Support Warehouse function with any order queries
Ensure clean order intake and report any non compliance to CSM
Customer drop in sales when required
Service level measurements on time
Support any temporary staff training and mentoring
Maintain databases, tracker reporting, new customer account set up
Any other duties deemed necessary by CSM
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
In order to be considered for this position you must have a minimum of 2 years customer service experience. You will need to posses excellent communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, excellent telephony skills and be a good team player.
