Job Description

THE OPPORTUNITY:

Our client, a provider of Sports and Nutrition products is looking for Customer Service Advisors to take calls from new and existing business customers, educating them about new products and taking repeat orders. You will benefit from a friendly team and excellent working environment, duvet days and additional benefits.

THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Calling customers to talk about their experience with the product
  • Educating customers on appropriate use and aftercare for the products
  • Providing patient literature and information
  • Taking repeat orders
  • Deal with inbound calls
  • Handle customer queries
  • Resolve Customer Complaints
  • Make outbound Customer Service Calls to Customers
  • Any Admin duties required

EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:

  • Experience in a customer facing role is essential
  • Experience in a call centre role would be highly advantageous
  • Great communication skills
  • Positive and upbeat nature
  • Take ownership of all complaints and queries
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Ability to work under pressure
