Macildowie are currently looking for a Customer Support Advisor working for a business based in West Leicestershire easily accessible from Hinckley, Barwell, Leicester, Enderby, Earl Shilton, Coalville and Market Bosworth. You will be responsible for liaising directly with planners and suppliers regarding issues relating to parts
This is an ongoing temporary role working shifts: Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm or 10-6pm
THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managing requests and making sure customer outcomes are achieved.
Pro-actively checking and updating requests
Follow Central support Process in a timely efficient manner
Responding to requests effectively, accurately and timely manner
Raise tickets for request and review on an ongoing basis
Supporting the team and managing your workload
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
In order to be considered for this position you must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, strong IT skills and experience of working with all Microsoft office including excel. You must be able to multi task and have the ability prioritise your work load.
