Macildowie are currently looking for a temporary full time Customer Service Advisor working for a business based in Market Harborough.
This role is Monday to Friday 8.45am - 5.15pm.
THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responding to customer queries over the telephone and via email
General administrative tasks
Dealing with any customer complaints
Adding customer details on to the system
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
In order to be considered you MUST HAVE excellent communication skills both written and verbal, professional telephone manner and be able to provide excellent customer service. It would be desirable if you have previous customer service or call centre experience.
You must be immediately available for this position.
