Macildowie are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor working for a business based in Hamilton, Leicestershire.
This is a permanent position working Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.
THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Dealing with customer queries over the telephone and via email
Processing customer orders
Contacting customers to deal with price/availability queries
Liaising with purchasing and the warehouse
Updating customer details
General administration duties
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
In order to be considered for this position you must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, have a positive attitude, be able to deal with people at all levels, be ambitious and driven and be computer literate. You must also have some experience of dealing with customers.
