My client, an established and well-respected brand within its sector, is seeking a person with solid customer service skills to help their customers with a range of enquiries. This is a 6 month fixed term contract role, but it's a great opportunity to join a progressive and expanding business which has a reputation for having a friendly team environment and being a great place to work!
THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
All inbound customer enquiries, which could be on a range of topics
Dealing with aftercare issues, faulty items and returns
Put new orders on the system
Respond to e-mail, phone and fax queries
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
Experience of customer service is essential
Excellent telephone manner
Good IT skills
Confident and personable nature
