Our client, an established and well-regarded Nottingham brand, is seeking individuals with strong relationship building and customer service skills to work in a role responding to inbound enquiries from customers, converting their initial interest into an appointment with a sales advisor, through demonstrating passion for the brand and products, as well as a sales-through-service orientation.
THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
To support all functions within the Sales Centre through inbound and outbound calls and emails to customers to coordinate a suitable appointment time that meets both the customer and the advisor needs.
Dealing with both general and sales enquiries, via inbound calls and emails, relating to products, pricing or service and maximising each sales opportunity
Issuing brochures following customer requests
Ensuring that all cancelled sales appointment requests are followed up with a rebooked appointment
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
Experience in a similar role would be highly advantageous
First-class customer service skills
Passion and enthusiasm for the brand
Good IT skills
