Macildowie are currently looking for a Customer Service Assistant working for a business based in Loughborough. This is a great role for a self motivated individual looking to develop in a fast paced and challenging customer service environment.
This is a 6 month contract role covering maternity leave. You would need to be immediately available to start this position.
THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure excellent customer service is given at all times
Liaising with internal stake holders
Handle and resolve difficult situations quickly via telephone and email, offering a positive and friendly customer experience in every transaction.
Processing customer information and orders with accurately and attention to detail through the SAP order processing system
Building strong working relationships with key accounts
