Macildowie are currently looking for a Customer Service Coordinator working for a business based on the outskirts of Loughborough.
This is a permanent position working Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm.
THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Processing customer orders via telephone and email
Resolving customer issues
Completing administration tasks within agreed timeframes
Communicating with people across the business to ensure that orders are met
Dealing with customers, suppliers and negotiating
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
You must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, have the ability to think on your feet, have an interest in developing a career, confident on all Microsoft Office and have a good standard of education.
It would be desirable that you have some customer service experience but this is not essential.
