Role: Customer Service Manager
Job Type: Permanent/ Full time
THE OPPORTUNITY: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Manager based in Rugby. You will be working as part of an established team heading up the after sales in the department. My client is a well known organisation within the Moulding industry. This is role is perfect for the right candidate who has impeccable customer service skills and takes pride in the service they provide. You will also be invited to attend networking events with their current and potential customers.
THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answering customers queries via telephone and email
- Giving impeccable, professional customer service at all times
- Use of the Microsoft packages on a daily basis
- Attending networking events
- Working Closely with the Service Manager to ensure always improving after sales service
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
Due to the nature of the role and this being a new position, you will need to have Customer Service experience preferably within an after care service experience.
