Macildowie Marketing are seeking an experienced Digital Experience Manager to join a well known information services organisation based in Nottingham. This role will sit within the Product Marketing team who specialise in B2B products/services.
The Digital Experience Manager will work with the wider marketing team to focus on an acquisition strategy and you will own and develop the digital experience strategy from experience and visual design through to analytics, reporting and managing continuous improvement. This role will facilitate collaboration across the B2B marketing teams and key stakeholders from sales and product to bring the organisations capabilities to life online and ensure that all customer digital journeys are effortless.
You will develop the overall user experience strategy for a number of products including robust plans for onsite optimisation, customer journey mapping, onsite SEO and demonstrating a thorough understanding of the channel and customers. Key responsibilities will include:
*Developing and implementing a digital marketing vision and strategy that promotes a unified view of B2B product capabilities
*Gain better understanding of website visitors via improved analytics and reporting
*Focus on developing the online proposition and onsite customer journey optimisation
*Develop leading edge communication content and navigation from market research, customer insight, competitor analysis and technological innovation, evaluating impact on business objectives and digital marketing plan
*Implement robust onsite SEO strategies to maintain market presence
Demonstrate the effectiveness and value of investment in visitor's digital experience
*Have an eye for what makes a good website from a customer experience perspective
*Be an innovative thinker, try new approaches but connect with company values and ideals
*Be adept at managing and influencing internal and external stakeholders at a senior level
*Have broad technical credibility with the ability to communicate in non-technical language too.
*Have a natural inquisitiveness and desire to understand both the products on offer, competitors and the customers
*Have experience with online analytics, tag management systems, onsite testing tools, SEO tools and content management systems
*Experience within large corporate organisations is an advantage, ideally you will also have a relevant degree and be CIM/IDM qualified, or equivalent.
