Our client is a leading business in their sector whose growth goes from strength to strength, year in, year out.
Due to a recent restructure a new role has been created in the HR Function to support key decisions and requirements across the HR operations team. Key responsibilities will be to provide Operational HR teams with a strong ER service by delivering quality and commercially viable Employee Relations advice.
You will work with non-HR and operationally focussed Managers by supporting, coaching and driving high levels of consistency across ER solutions. You will drive and establish best practice and maintenance of ER programmes that promote the best employment practices and to ensure the HR community, as well as line managers, receive the best ER support and guidance available. This role carries no direct line management responsibility but is a Managerial grade/hire.
Our client would prefer candidates to have had at least 5+ years in depth ER experience or perhaps have come from a generalist background with a passion and desire to focus your broader skills in an ER focussed Managerial level role. This is a regional role with the need to be in the Bedfordshire based head office 1 day per week with the remainder of the week being field/regional/nationally based.
